Welcome to Anything Legit, owned and operated by Mantramugdh Communications And Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile applications:
- Anything Legit (Super App for consumers)
- Legit Bizz (For vendors)
- Legit Heroes (For riders and drivers)

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using our services immediately.
1. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Mantramugdh Communications And Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited.
- "App(s)" refers to Anything Legit, Legit Bizz, and Legit Heroes.
- "User(s)" refers to customers, vendors, drivers, or any other party accessing our services.
- "Vendor(s)" refers to business owners using the Legit Bizz app to sell products or services.
- "Rider/Driver(s)" refers to individuals providing transport or delivery services through Legit Heroes.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- Vendors and drivers must provide valid government-issued IDs for verification.
- By using the app, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Users must register an account using a valid phone number or email ID.
- Vendors and drivers must provide additional business or vehicle documentation for verification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Services Provided
- Anything Legit: Provides hyperlocal services, including transportation, quick commerce, hotel bookings, event reservations, and local marketplace services.
- Legit Bizz: Enables vendors to list their business, receive orders, accept payments, and manage logistics.
- Legit Heroes: Connects riders and drivers with customers for transportation and delivery services.
5. Payments & Transactions
- Customers can make payments via credit/debit card, UPI, in-app wallet, or international payments.
- Vendors and drivers will receive payments directly to their bank accounts, subject to processing timelines.
- The company may charge commissions, processing fees, or service charges for transactions.
- Any fraudulent payment activities will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers: Cancellations before order/service fulfillment may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed as per the companyβs refund policy.
- Vendors: Orders canceled after preparation are not eligible for refunds unless agreed by the customer.
- Drivers: Ride cancellations by drivers may lead to penalties or account suspension.
7. Code of Conduct
All users, including customers, vendors, and drivers, must adhere to the following:
- Respectful Behavior: No harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
- Legal Compliance: Follow all local laws and regulations.
- Data Privacy: Do not misuse or share customer/vendor information.
- Fraud Prevention: No false claims, fake bookings, or misuse of the platform.
Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in account termination.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
- We collect and store user data as per our Privacy Policy.
- Data is used to enhance user experience, improve service efficiency, and ensure safety.
- Users can request data deletion by contacting support@anythinglegit.com.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- The company does not guarantee service availability at all times due to external factors such as network issues, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
- Vendors and drivers are independent contractors; the company is not liable for their actions.
- The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transport or delivery.
10. Termination & Suspension of Accounts
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Repeated negative customer/vendor feedback.
- Providing false or misleading information.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes should first be reported to our support team at support@anythinglegit.com.
- If not resolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Uttarakhand, India.
- Legal jurisdiction will be Tehri-Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- The company may update these terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of major changes via in-app notifications or email.
- Continued use of the app after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
